Remote Does Not Mean Distant
We started as a remote company and although some of the team are now co-located for a few days a week, being remote-first is who we are, and we want to keep it that way.
Our engineering team is entirely remote, distributed across Europe, with our HQ in London. But even our London HQ based Impalans have the option to work remotely outside of our 2 ‘Collaboration Days’ each week!

Meet Mikaila
We’re super excited to have just hired an incredible Remote Experience Manager
Whose role is literally dedicated to ensuring that remote Impalans are engaged, empowered and, well, as happy as possible.
Mikaila comes into the fold as, amongst other things, a cultural ambassador across the world; travelling and liaising with each remote Impalan, to support them and help them build their own collective team culture.
